Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and MintC Inc. ("we", "us") about Reaper on Duty ("the Game"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not play. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

1. The Game and your account

• The Game is free to play. It creates a guest account for you automatically; you do not need to register.
• Your progress is kept on your device and backed up to our server under that guest account. The guest account is tied to the Game's installation on your device: if you clear the app's data, uninstall the Game or change devices, the Game starts a new guest account and the old progress may not be recoverable.
• You are responsible for what happens on your device and account. One account is linked to one device's guest identifier; please don't share or sell accounts.

2. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. The Game, its characters, art, music, text and software belong to MintC Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent it, or make derivative works, except where the law allows it.

3. Virtual items and purchases

• The Game has virtual items and currencies (for example diamonds, weapons, skins and passes). They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the Game, and give you a limited licence to use them in the Game — not ownership.
• Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Prices are shown in your store's currency before you buy.
• Where the law gives you a right to cancel or get a refund — for example, in Korea, within 7 days for items you have not used — you can use it. Items that are used or consumed as soon as they are delivered, and items already used, may not be refundable where the law allows this; we tell you before you buy. Refunds of Google Play payments can also be requested from Google.
• If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the items it delivered may be removed.
• We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items and game content to improve the Game. If we remove paid content that is still usable, we will act fairly and as the law requires.

4. Ads

The Game shows ads, including rewarded ads you choose to watch for in-game rewards. Ads are provided by third parties such as Google AdMob, and we are not responsible for their content.

5. Fair play

Please do not:

• cheat, use bots, hacks, modified clients or tools that change the Game or its data;
• exploit bugs instead of reporting them, or interfere with the servers or other players;
• use offensive, misleading or unlawful nicknames;
• abuse purchases, refunds, coupons or the ranking.

If you do, we may reset progress, remove items or rankings, or suspend or close the account, in proportion to what happened.

6. Changes and availability

We keep improving the Game and may update, change or stop parts of it. We may update these terms; when a change is significant we will tell you in the Game or on this page before it takes effect. We may end the Game with reasonable notice where the law requires it.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law, or our liability for our intent or gross negligence.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts under the Korean Civil Procedure Act, without taking away any right you have to bring a claim in the courts where you live under your local consumer law.
